I had tea/coffee and a hair dryer in the nice styled and reasonably large room. The location was marvellous, for example, Cox's Yard was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Strongly recommend to all. The property is tidy with a modern design, and the English breakfast is enjoyable. Great-sized, beautifully designed rooms with big beds.

Units in other than the bedroom. Bonus point for central heating, iron/ironing board, and tea and coffee making equipment. Wonderful location right by the shops, restaurant and the theatre, and the communal areas and amazing friendly staff.

Unbeatable central location, just off the train station and the city centre, river, and town centre and points of interest. Wonderful and delicious breakfast, nicely decorated double room.
Very small bathroom.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very nice stay for one night. Everyone was amicable and welcoming as well as owner. The breakfast was marvellous and delicious with fruit and M & S yoghurts, for example to choose from. The location of the property was beautiful, to the Shakespeare sights.

The value for money at Clayton Guest House was exceptional. Our room was beautifully presented, cozy and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff, especially Kerry, was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with soft towels and bedding. the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the beautiful plates and cups, it added a special touch to the experience. it was great value for money compared to other hotels in the area.
The shower could have been better, as the water temperature was difficult to control.
